Success in Real Estate Investment Workshop - Fort Worth, TX - Feb 4th and 5th, 2012 : 3737 Hulen, Ft. Worth, TX : Workshop Runs from 9 AM to 5 PM

 THIS IS A NO FLUFF WORKSHOP. 

The workshop is held at Republic Title's Technology Training Center at 3737 Hulen, Fort Worth, Texas 76107 (MAPSCO 75C). Because each student has his own desk and computer, class size is limited to a maximum of 12 Real Estate investors.

Continental breakfast is provided and starts at 8:20 AM. Checkin starts at 8:40 AM. Class begins at 9 AM sharp and lasts until 4:30 - 6 PM (depending on your questions). One of the first things we do in class is go see a "nasty house." We use that house as an example during the classroom portions of the workshop as we work through the 9 modules Successful Real Estate Investors need to know.  

Drinks, snacks and catered lunches are provided as part of your tuition.

The second day we will answer the previous day's questions, cover the advanced modules, then spend the rest of the day in the field walking investment properties and working up budgets and offers. This helps you put into practice the mountain of information you'll learn in the classroom (i.e. deal evaluation, property and neighborhood analysis, repair/rehab estimation, funding, deal structure, etc.).

By the end of the workshop YOU will be telling ME what needs to be done with a particular house, as well as how long and how much it will take to get it into that condition.
