Executive Summary and Loan Request Letter

"This Executive Summary & Loan Request letter was written to be used as a follow-up to your prospecting phone calls when you are searching for a lender to loan you money for your Real Estate activities (i.e. to rehab homes). It can easily be modified to fit whatever your Real Estate investment business needs may be (i.e. buying rental property, obtaining Private Money loans, etc.). My students and I have found that calling and talking to someone (i.e. a lender) on the phone and generating initial interest in you / your company, then sending this letter to them is the fastest, cheapest, and most effective way to achieve your goal."
