Ultimate Loan Package

The "Ultimate Loan Package" is your turn-key solution to preparing for and obtaining a real estate investment loan. Included in the Ultimate Loan Package is your action plan checklist and information detailing exactly what kind of materials you’ll need in order to prepare your loan package properly and where to find them. This info includes a sample cover page (with art), an index and spine inserts, a tool for tracking your loan applications, a sample loan application letter (with instructions on how and when to use it), a pre-written real estate investment business plan, as well as samples of the rest of the materials, SKUs, forms, and documents you must have as part of your loan application package in order to successfully obtain loans for your real estate investment activities.

This is the actual loan package and business plan my students and I used to obtain our loans. It can easily be modified to fit whatever your real estate investment loan needs may be (i.e. obtaining a bank loan, Private Money, hard money loans, etc.).
