Live Training Events
Every live training event is 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!
We're confident our live training events will provide you with the improved skills, techniques and materials you expect. If you are dissatisfied after attending and sitting through all sessions during the entire day of a live training event, please contact us in person, immediately at the conclusion of the last session of the day, return to us everything you have received during the live training event (books, binders, presentations, flowcharts, checklists, software, bags, hats, prizes, t-shirts etc.) and we'll arrange for you (at your choice) to either:
- attend another one of our live training events, or
- receive a full, hassle-free refund.
Please note, WE ONLY HONOR OUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IF YOU ATTEND ALL SESSIONS DURING THE DAY AND NOTIFY US IN PERSON, IMMEDIATELY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE LIVE TRAINING EVENT. Also, we do not reimburse registrants for any expenses incurred beyond the tuition / registration fee.
Electronic and Online Download Purchases
Purchases of downloads, eBooks, or other electronic and/or online products / services, including extended online access and previous year sales, are final and non-refundable.
Audio, Video and CD/DVD software may be returned, provided that the product is unopened and in its original packaging and shrink-wrap. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your order. All returns are subject to a restocking fee (the restocking fee will be 10% of retail price). Defective materials may be exchanged for the same product within 90 days of receipt of order.
Tangible Product Purchases
Returns of paper-based materials (books, manuals, guides, etc.) will be accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your order. All returns are subject to a restocking fee (the restocking fee will be 10% of retail price). The materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund. Defaced products cannot be resold and thus will not be refunded.
Cancellation or Return of any individual component contained within a product package will require the remaining items to be charged at full retail value plus a $20 administrative fee. All associated shipment costs, including duties, customs and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Services Purchases
Requests for cancellation and / or refund of personal services (coaching, one-on-one training, mentoring, etc.) will be pro-rated, less an administrative fee (the administrative fee will be 10% of the retail price for the services). Your refund will be for the unused portion of your personal services which you have purchased, but not yet used. Personal services purchased are valid and must be used within 180 days of the original purchase date. Any materials provided as part of the personal service(s) must be returned within 14 days of the refund request and must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund. If the materials provided as part of the personal service(s) are not in the aforementioned condition, the full retail price of the materials at the date of the personal service(s) purchase will be deducted from your refund. This cancellation policy only applies to personal services purchased at full retail pricing. Discounted personal services will be refunded, less an administrative fee (the administrative fee will be 10% of the discounted price paid for the services), if and only if the discounted services are cancelled at least 24 hours before the original start date as agreed to by both parties. There are no refunds given for discounted personal services once delivery of those services has begun.
Non-delivered Purchases
Requests for orders to be cancelled after they are processed will result in the refund being issued, less a 10% restocking fee. If the order has been shipped and is in transit with UPS, the refund amount would be less all the shipment costs, in addition to the 10% restocking fee.
How to Request a Refund
You must contact our customer service department via email at customerservice@reimentor.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The box the materials are returned in must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the order and you need to write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
When are Refunds Issued
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and via the original payment method. You can expect to receive your refund within 45 business days after the return of all materials (in acceptable condition) is received in our office.
Third Party Purchases
REIMentor goods or services purchased from third-party-vendors (resellers) must be returned through that reseller.

Cancellation, Transfer, and Substitution Policies
If you must cancel your reservation to one of our Live Training Events for any reason, notify us by email at registration@reimentor.com at least 14 days prior to the live training event you have paid to attend. Your registration will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the live training event are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person up to 24 hours prior to the live training event. Should you choose to do so you must email us the transferee’s First and Last Name, Primary Email Address, Home Mailing Address, and Current Cell Phone Number. No transfers are allowed inside the last 24 hour period immediately preceeding a Live Training Event. At any time prior to your scheduled Live Training Event, or up to 14 days after a live training event for which you registered and paid but did not attend, you may transfer your registration fees, less a $25 processing fee, towards another of our live training events up to 180 days in the future, by emailing us your Name, the Name, Date, and Location of the Originally Scheduled Live Training Event, and the Date and Location of your desired future Live Training Event.
In the unlikely event it becomes necessary to cancel a live training event, REIMentor will issue a full credit towards a future live training event or, at its desecration, issue a full refund of your tuition / registration fee. REIMentor is not responsible for any other charges incurred by the registrant, including hotel, travel fees, etc.
